1. Printing

CMYK Printing
Printko is a CMYK colour printer and is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best prices available. To achieve this, a majority of our products are bulk printed and as such, we are unable to offer exact colour matching on these products. Various conditions affect colours printed by the CMYK Processes and for this reason Printko Printers will not be held responsible for any reprint as a result of colour fluctuations and variations. If you want any colour matching it must go on a run on its own, you will need to request a quote for this additional service.

PMS Printing
If printing PMS and you do have a previous colour sample it would be beneficial to send to us before printing commences for colour matching.

2. Urgent Orders

If an urgent job is required please give us additional details regarding this on our order form. We cannot do b/cards, p/cards or DL cards as urgent job if they are run as a grouped up job, they would need to plated on there own, a quote is required for correct pricing

3. Place an order

Simply find you products on our website, add to cart proceed to cart to upload your artwork and process your order at checkout.

If your order has been placed and changes are required to this order either to text or artwork, email print@printko.com.au with amended text changes or new artwork to be attached and your corresponding job number job. The changes shall be made and an email sent to you verifying this. You are required to email that it is OK to proceed. Your job will not commence until a return email is received.

If you wish to cancel a job you can do so at no cost providing the job has not been commenced. If it has been commenced you will be charged out up to the stage the job is at, so if you job is in prepress you will be charged for plates only.

4. Deadlines and Delivery Dates

Designko Pty Limited shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet all project schedules and requested delivery time frames agreed upon. Such scheduled dates and delivery time frames in all cases represent estimates or targets only, and should never be accepted either explicitly or implied as a guarantee of delivery on or prior to the above-mentioned dates. The client agrees not to hold Printko liable for any consequential losses associated with project delays, for any reason.

5. Dispute Resolution

event of a dispute, the client agrees to make all reasonable attempts to contact Printko in writing and negotiate a reasonable outcome
with Printko before proceeding with any form of litigation.

6. General

These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form. Designko Pty Limited reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
